SINGULAIR is easy to give and made with kids in mind. SINGULAIR once a day is proven to help relieve allergy symptoms in kids 2 to 14 years old.

How to give SINGULAIR:

For adults and children 2 years and older for outdoor allergies and 6 months and older for indoor allergies:

  • Give SINGULAIR once a day, with or without food.
  • Give SINGULAIR at any time of day (give at about the same time each day).
  • Keep giving SINGULAIR for as long as your child's doctor tells you to give it.

Once-a-day SINGULAIR comes in 4 forms:

SINGULAIR Chewable Tablets

Cherry chewable 5-mg tablet

Dosage: One 5-mg cherry chewable tablet once a day

Age: Children 6 to 14 years old

How to give SINGULAIR: Give SINGULAIR at any time of day (give at about the same time each day)

Cherry Chewable 4-mg tablet

Cherry chewable 4-mg tablet

Dosage: One 4-mg cherry chewable tablet once a day

Age: Children 2 to 5 years old

How to give SINGULAIR: Give SINGULAIR at any time of day (give at about the same time each day)

SINGULAIR Oral Granules

Oral granules

Dosage: One packet of 4-mg oral granules once a day

Age: Children 2 to 5 years old with outdoor allergies and 6 months to 5 years old with indoor allergies

How to give SINGULAIR oral granules:

  • Open packet when ready to use.
  • Sprinkle the granules directly into your child's mouth.
OR
  • Pour the entire packet of granules onto an empty spoon.
OR
  • Mix the entire packet of granules with a teaspoonful of cold or room temperature breast milk or formula.
OR
  • Mix the entire packet of granules with a teaspoonful of cold or room temperature applesauce, mashed carrots, rice, or ice cream.
  • Be sure to feed the entire teaspoonful of oral granules to your child right away (within 15 minutes).

Dosage: One 10-mg tablet once a day

Age: Adults and adolescents 15 years and older
